Buffalo Treehopper (Ceresa tauriniformis)




Treehoppers feed on tree, shrubs and, sometimes, herbaceous plants.  They seldom do enough damage to achieve pest status. (BugGuide)

Very cool Marvin... I've never spotted this one. Hoppers are one my my favorite insect subjects.
