That's true, Lisa. The concentration of squirrels in some urban areas is probably greater than out in the boonies where we live. Maybe because we also have more predators.
"Devil's Henchman" could be appropriate too. We spent years trying to fabricate different ways of keeping squirrels out of our bird feeders before finally surrendering. We finally decided that we could not have the feeders where we wanted (i.e. where we could see and enjoy the birds) without feeding the squirrels too.

When they come in masses. We had 13 in our garden at the feeders at one time. Then they become pests.
